Mission Statement
We as a faith community are called to evangelize and catechize to the youth of
St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church. Catechesis is essential to every liturgical
and sacramental action of the faith. It is our mission spread the good news of
Jesus Christ through prayer, service and study for all young people of St.
Oliver's.

Life Teen & EDGE are
our Religious Education Programs for High School and Middle School students respectively.

Religious Education Staff
If you have never met the religious education staff at St Oliver, I hope you
take the time to get to know them! Call us if you have any questions or have
been away from the many wonderful programs we offer at St Oliver. We would love
to sit and chat with you.

Jenifer Truitt
Jenifer is our Coordinator for Elementary Religious Education(
pre-K-grade 5) and 1st
Communion/ Reconciliation sacrament preparation program. Jenifer,
also, oversees summer Vacation Bible School and our elementary OAKS
program

Jennifer Tarnowski
Jennifer is our
NEW Middle School Coordinator(grades 6-8.
Jennifer coordinates the Wednesday evening religious education
class, THE EDGE, and all middle school special events, such as
social, spiritual and service activities

Lynn Ory
Lynn is the Youth Minister for grades 9-12. Lynn coordinates all High
School events ( Life Teen program which meets twice a week) and our
Confirmation Program Lynn coordinates retreats, special events,
service and fund raising for all high school activities.

Rachael is the associate youth minister for high school. Rachael is
the 10thgrade Confirmation leader |

Janet Wilhelm
Janet Wilhelm is the financial assistant for our Life Teen program.
Janet handles all monies that are generated through Life Teen.

Carol Kruskamp
Carol will begin her new position as
part time Adult Education Coordinator and Rite of Christian
Initiation for teens in July 2011
