Faith Formation

Knowledge of our faith and our church is essential for spiritual growth. This knowledge is made available through these ministries.

Adult Formation Facilitator
Adult education classes in scripture study, church history, and other relevant topics are held throughout the year
Catholics Returning Home

You can make a tremendous difference in someone's life simply by reaching out to them and telling them that we miss them and would like for them to come back home to our Church family.

Children's Liturgy of the Word
Volunteers needed to assist with Children’s Liturgy of the Word.
Evangelization
To reach out to inactive Catholics and those we meet who are not of our faith.
FOCCUS
Meet with engaged couples to share the aspects of a Christian marriage.
Infant Baptism Preparation

Assistant
To help prepare folders for Baptismal Prep sessions on a bi-weekly basis. Duties include gathering materials and making copies for distribution in class.
O.L.L. Charismatic Prayer Group
This is a weekly prayer group aimed to further a relationship with Jesus through prayer, songs, and personal witness.

Parish School of Religion

Social Group
to help plan, shop for, and host any of the different events and receptions throughout the year for any of the youth groups, elementary through high school.

Art and Environment Group
to create bulletins boards and seasonal decorating in hallways.

General Office
help to cover office during staff absence, maintain RE supply closet, “on-call” computer help, maintain teacher attendance folders.

Events Coordinator
to assist and prepare special projects such as wrapping catechists appreciation gifts, purchasing and wrapping gifts for Confirmation students, First Communicants, etc.

Speakers
Speakers with expertise in diverse areas and able to communicate with both children and adults.

Catechists/Teacher Aides/Substitutes
Children’s ministry which assists parents and/or guardians in their child’s faith formation.

R.C.I.A.

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is offered to those interested in discerning about joining the Catholic Church as well as those adults who were baptized Catholic but never completed their Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, First Eucharist, Confirmation (and Reconciliation)).
