1st.....sign in ..... In the sacristy there is a schedule check
off your name and see if you are EM 1 or EM 2, in which case you
are to stay and wash the vessels and remember DO NOT SUBMERGE THE
VESSELS
2nd ..........if you do not sign in 15 min before Mass, someone else will be assigned in your place.........in which
case DO NOT GO UP ON THE ALTAR IT CONFUSES YOUR REPLACEMENT
3rd ....After the sign of peace approach the
altar, bow to the CELEBRANT, gather in a semi- circle around the back of the
altar.
4th....When the priest is distributing the Body
or Precious Blood to you.....You are to approach the altar two by
two....do not wait for him to come to you.
5th....when you are finished serving the
congregation........if you have the Body of Christ return to the Tabernacle
where Father will be waiting for you..........If you are left with the
Precious Blood turn from the congregation and consume it where you are
standing......DO NOT WALK WITH THE PRECIOUS BLOOD.
Leave the altar and bow to the celebrant.
