Companions on a journey of compassion

GRIEFSHARE  A compassionate program for anyone who is struggling with the death of a loved one.  The program consists of videos and discussion with others who have also suffered a significant loss.  You do not have to walk this journey alone.  We are here to walk with you.  Come see what we are all about.

How GriefShare works

GriefShare seminars and support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You’ll gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.  This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’re never faced before.

‘Going to GriefShare feels like having warm arms wrapped around you when you’re shivering.”

There are thousands of GriefShare grief recovery support groups meeting throughout the US, Canada, and in over ten other countries.  We have one at St. Oliver's that meets each Thursday morning from 10:00am to 11:30am and on Thursday evening from 7:00pm to 8:30pm in Room 24 (upper level near library).  Our next session of  GriefShare begins on Thursday, January 17, 2019  and will continue through Thursday, April 11, 2019    You are welcome to attend any session.
